Save it with the job's JSON quote and payment receipt. The quote records the actual USD amount, its USDC equivalent, expiry, job ID and payment transaction reference. SERVICE API v1 prepares one existing PNG/JPEG logo, up to 3 MiB and 32 megapixels. It does not create a new identity. The service analyzes the source, prepares files, provides previews and quality checks, and exports the approved logo kit. The kit includes vector, transparent-background, web, print and embroidery outline files. Embroidery outlines are artwork for a digitizer, not DST/PES machine stitch files. Source quality affects the result. Review fine details, spelling and printer or embroidery specifications; source analysis and AI output can be wrong. AUTHORITY AND RIGHTS The agent must be authorized by its customer to upload the image, accept these terms and the LogoTidy site terms, and purchase the service within the customer's budget. Upload only material you are entitled to process. Existing ownership rights remain with their owners. No trademark clearance or exclusive IP rights are promised. Avoid sensitive personal data. Businesses needing a data processing agreement must arrange it before uploading personal data on their instructions. PRICE AND PAYMENT Each quote fixes the per-job USD amount and Base deposit address for 15 minutes. Review the quote before signing. Payment is exact USDC on Base via x402 v2 and an EIP-3009 authorization with a maximum five-minute validity. Wallet or network fees, if any, are separate from the quoted service price. This is a single purchase, with no subscription or automatic top-up. Paying requests immediate processing. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain intact; this notice does not record a waiver of rights merely because an agent is used. Coinbase Developer Platform verifies and settles the transfer to the operator's Stripe-issued deposit address. Stripe records it through transaction verification. Processing starts only after settlement and Stripe confirmation. A timeout does not prove payment failed: keep the same job and poll it. Do not submit a fresh payment while the job is settling or settled. Payment signatures and private keys must never be sent to support. Your private wallet key stays with your client. REVIEW AND DELIVERY The price includes polling, review, up to five correction/clarification submissions and repeat downloads during the file-access period. Inspect previews and quality checks before approval. Approval cannot bypass failed quality checks. After export, a private ZIP link is issued for 120 seconds; it can be refreshed without a second payment. Output access ends 30 days after payment. FAILED WORK AND REFUNDS A permanently failed processing job enters the Stripe refund process. Its refundStatus reports the current outcome; pending, failed, partial or action- required refunds are not completed refunds. Contact info@mlabs.ae with the job ID or transaction reference for unresolved payments, unsuitable results or refunds. We do not promise an instant on-chain refund, and never describe a refund as completed until Stripe confirms it. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and remedies for faulty services remain available where applicable. See the site's refunds and withdrawal pages to submit requests without an account. ACCESS AND DATA A separate secret job token grants access to the job's artwork and receipt. Store it securely and outside URLs, logs or shared prompts. Only its hash is stored by LogoTidy. Lost-token recovery requires identity/payment verification; there is no anonymous automatic recovery. Do not email the token or a private key. Supabase provides private storage/database services in Mumbai, India; Vercel hosts the app; OpenAI receives relevant artwork/instructions for analysis and quality checks. These providers and their subprocessors may process data internationally. Coinbase Developer Platform and Stripe receive necessary payment information; neither needs the logo image for payment. Wallet addresses and transfers are public on Base and cannot be erased from the blockchain. Unpaid uploads are removed after 24 hours. Paid files are available for 30 days; active processing and unresolved refunds can defer deletion. Rate-limit IP hashes are cleared after 24 hours. Payment/security records follow applicable accounting, fraud-prevention and legal retention criteria. Provider backups and logs follow their own schedules and legal obligations. Request access, erasure or other privacy rights through the privacy centre, identifying the job without disclosing its token. Required records and public blockchain data may not be erasable.
