Start with the exact words

OpenAI notes limits in precise text placement and clarity within generated images.

That vendor note does not tell you whether your particular logo is right. Use the owner confirmed words as the reference. Keep the name, tagline, letter case, language and intended line breaks in plain text.

If a source is unreadable, do not infer the name from its shapes. Ask for the correct wording first. A polished picture can still contain the wrong word.

Compare every letter and mark

  1. Read the name against the confirmed text, one letter at a time.
  2. Count missing or extra letters.
  3. Check the letter order, spaces and punctuation.
  4. Check accents, dots and other intended marks.
  5. Repeat for the tagline and each language line.
  6. Inspect enlarged, then at the size where people will see it.

FieldWhat to record
Expected wordingThe owner confirmed text.
Displayed wordingWhat you can actually read in the image.
Affected partThe exact letter, mark or space.
StatusMatches, differs or uncertain.

Keep uncertain as a real result. Do not change it to matches just because another viewer guessed the same word.

Describe the exact correction

Suppose the confirmed name is Mira Studio but the picture reads Mira Stuido. This is a fictional example. A useful correction note asks to change Stuido to Studio and keep the approved symbol, colors and other lettering.

A vague request to make it better can invite an unwanted redesign. Name the affected word and the intended result. Add a close view if it helps show the location.

  • Say which part needs to change.
  • State what must remain as chosen.
  • Keep a copy of the earlier concept.
  • Compare the revision with the same exact wording record.

Keep correction separate from export

Changing the size or format does not decide the correct spelling. First settle the chosen artwork. Then compare the prepared files, because a correct concept still needs a final check.

Check the corrected choice before use

If you cannot read the language, ask the owner or a fluent reader to compare it with the confirmed text before approval.

Save the confirmed wording and the final chosen image together. Your word check is complete when each part can be matched to that record and any remaining uncertainty is resolved before use.
