LogoTidy stores uploads, selected pages, concepts, revisions, review comments, and final files privately in your account. Other customers cannot browse them.

Processing your artwork

When you start an AI action, the selected artwork and your design brief are sent to OpenAI for the requested generation, analysis, or quality review. Your source remains available alongside the resulting versions.

Keeping and deleting files

Project files stay until you delete the project. Deletion removes its uploads, versions, comments, and downloads. Credit and purchase records remain separately available for billing and account records. Signed download links expire after a short period; refresh your project to get a fresh link.

Payments

Stripe handles payment details and purchase invoices. LogoTidy stores the purchase amount, payment status, credit allocation, and invoice links. Credit use is recorded in your account activity and does not generate a new invoice.
