Clear terms for preparing, generating and downloading logo files.
Your agreement with us
LogoTidy is supplied by Marvento Labs LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE; contact info@mlabs.ae. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for any business you represent. These terms apply when you create an account or place an order after they are made available to you. The privacy notice explains data handling; optional analytics consent is separate.
What the service delivers
LogoTidy cleans up uploaded logos, generates or upgrades concepts using AI, and prepares downloadable files. Review text, colours, transparency, edges and previews before production. Results depend on your source. A print-ready file still needs your printer’s checks for the chosen size, material and production method. Embroidery outline files are artwork references; they are not digitised stitch programs such as DST or PES. A specialist may still need to digitise artwork for a particular machine.
Your artwork and intellectual property
You retain rights in your uploads and give us a limited licence to process them, use service providers and deliver your requested results. You must have permission for supplied images, names, fonts and trademarks. We do not claim ownership of your logo. To the extent we hold transferable rights in a delivered output, we assign them to you upon payment (or delivery of an included free file), subject to third-party rights and font licences. AI outputs may be similar to other outputs and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not provide trademark searches, registration or legal clearance.
Credits, delivery and prices
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The available pack, currency, price and credit cost are shown before purchase or a paid action. Checkout shows the final amount payable. After payment confirmation, credits are added to your account; files are delivered through the workspace when processing succeeds. A new verified account’s trial includes one cleanup and one chosen full-resolution file. The complete trial kit and additional formats require purchased credits. Keep copies of files you need; service access requires a modern browser and internet connection.
Problems, refunds and withdrawal
Platform mistakes can be corrected without charging for a new creative direction. Failed processing returns the job’s credits. The in-app reject option returns eligible job credits before the first finished-file download starts. These voluntary credit rules do not replace statutory refund, withdrawal or faulty digital service remedies. See Refunds and use Withdraw from contract here for purchase cancellations. We do not treat using credits or downloading a file alone as a waiver of mandatory consumer rights.
Responsible use and availability
Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, attempt unauthorised access, abuse the service or evade billing. Keep sign-in access secure. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to prevent harm or enforce these terms, and explain how to contact support unless doing so would compromise security or the law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We remain responsible for the service as required by applicable law; nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints, governing law and updates
Contact info@mlabs.ae with the order or project reference and the problem. UAE law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights that apply in your country of residence. You retain the right to use competent courts and consumer authorities. Updated terms apply prospectively; material changes affecting an existing contract require the notice or agreement required by law. Save or print the terms and order information for your records.
