Cookies and browser storage
Essential storage keeps the service working. Measurement is your choice.
Your choice
Google Analytics is off until you choose Analytics only or Analytics + ad measurement. This choice also enables LogoTidy’s own optional measurements. Existing LogoTidy-only permission does not enable Google Analytics. Essential only is equally available. Change your choice here at any time; refusal does not affect logo tools. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable measurement. Turning it off stops new measurement immediately, clears Google Analytics cookies and requests deletion of the current LogoTidy browser journey. It does not automatically delete Google’s earlier records. For older or account-linked records, use Privacy requests. A choice is remembered for 180 days on this browser.
Storage used by LogoTidy
lt_measurement and lt_analytics_v1 — essential preference cookies; allow or deny, 180 days. The separate lt_analytics_v1 choice is required before Google Analytics loads. logotidy_locale — essential language preference, up to one year. Supabase sb-… authentication and sign-in verifier cookies — necessary for sign-in, session renewal and secure authentication; their lifetime follows the sign-in/session flow and they are removed or replaced on sign-out or expiry. Authentication cookies may be split into numbered parts.
lt_journey — optional first-party measurement cookie, up to 90 days, set only after permission. It contains a signed random identifier, not your artwork. The related server-side journey records are retained for 90 days. They include approved campaign labels, referring website host, form starts and steps without answers, and confirmed account, project, payment, refund and download actions. After sign-in, consented journeys can be associated with your account to understand first and recent acquisition sources; only administrators see this account-linked report. Withdrawing analytics consent deletes the current browser journey and its measurement records. Previous orders retain their required operational records; missing campaign sources are shown as unknown. IndexedDB logotidy-setup-[account ID] — essential local draft storage containing your unfinished upload and setup answers; remains until completion, deletion or clearing browser storage.
Optional Google and Meta ad measurement
Google ad measurement is a separate choice, available alongside analytics. If you allow it, Google Analytics can share purchase measurements with our linked Google Ads account to connect ad clicks to purchases and help improve campaigns. We pass only supported Google ad click identifiers from the landing address (gclid, gbraid or wbraid), alongside the analytics data described above. Other query values, sign-in tokens and personal form details are excluded. Analytics-only permission does not enable advertising measurement. Google personalised advertising, Google signals and automatic matching remain disabled. With a new advertising choice, Meta Pixel receives selected page views, checkout starts and confirmed purchase amounts in LogoTidy’s dedicated dataset. It receives browser/device data and, where present, the Facebook click identifier. Your artwork, email, account details and form text are excluded. Previous Google ad permission does not enable Meta.
The essential preference cookies lt_ads_v1 and lt_meta_v1 record allow or deny for 180 days. Meta may set _fbp and _fbc advertising cookies. When permitted, Google may use _gcl_* and _gac_* cookies for advertising measurement, typically for up to 90 days. Choosing Analytics only withdraws ad measurement and removes those advertising cookies while keeping analytics. Essential only stops both purposes and clears their Google and Meta cookies. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically delete information already held by Google or Meta. Use Privacy requests for earlier records. These providers may process this information internationally under its applicable terms and privacy notices.
Payment and sign-in services
When you choose Stripe checkout or Google sign-in, those services may use their own necessary security and authentication storage under their notices. With analytics permission, _ga and _ga_* cookies identify a browser for Google Analytics, with a configured maximum lifetime of 180 days. Session storage lt_google_purchases prevents duplicate purchase events in the current tab and is removed on withdrawal or when the browser session ends. Meta requires the separate current advertising choice. The logotidy:conversions session entry prevents duplicate Meta purchase reporting. Google advertising personalization remains off. Browser controls can remove storage, but clearing essential cookies may sign you out and clearing drafts may permanently remove unfinished local work.
Measurement preferences
Optional analytics uses LogoTidy and Google Analytics to understand visits, selected actions and purchases. Google receives browser/device information, broad location, campaign labels and purchase amounts with random transaction references. Confirmed purchases can also be sent from our server using the same consented browser identifiers, even if you close checkout. We do not send artwork, form text or account details.
You can separately allow Google and Meta ad measurement to connect ad clicks with purchases and improve our campaigns. This shares ad click identifiers and purchase measurements with Google Ads and Meta and permits advertising measurement cookies. Meta uses only the dedicated LogoTidy dataset. Existing Google ad consent does not automatically enable Meta. It requires analytics. Google personalised advertising and automatic matching remain off.
Optional measurement is off on this browser.
