Identify your purchase
Enter your name, the email for your receipt and the order number or purchase details. Review your statement, then select Confirm withdrawal. We record the time you submit it and provide a receipt. This submits your withdrawal; the refund is handled separately according to your rights. If the form is unavailable, email info@mlabs.ae before your deadline. You may use that email instead at any time.
