Credit returns, purchase refunds and your consumer rights.
Consumer withdrawal
If you are an EU or UK consumer buying at a distance, you generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to notify us that you withdraw, without giving a reason. Longer periods may apply when legally required information was missing. Other countries may provide additional cancellation rights. We assess your rights under the law applicable to your purchase. We do not currently ask you to waive statutory withdrawal rights when you buy credits, start processing or download files.
Use Withdraw from contract here, available in the site footer and billing page, or send a clear statement to info@mlabs.ae or our contact address. Include your name, account/purchase email and the order number, or enough details to identify the purchase. Send the statement before the applicable deadline. We acknowledge online submissions with a dated receipt and email. For a valid statutory withdrawal we reimburse the required amount without undue delay and, where EU/UK rules apply, within 14 days of being informed, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Credit returns are a separate benefit
Failed jobs return their credits. You can reject an eligible result before its first finished-file download starts to recover the job’s credits. This returns in-app credits, not money to your bank. Platform-error corrections are free. For a purchase refund outside mandatory rights, contact support; we review unused credits and the circumstances. Credit usage or the absence of the in-app reject button does not itself remove a statutory refund right. Any lawful deduction must be explained and cannot be imposed merely because our system shows credits were spent.
Faulty or missing digital service
Tell us if processing fails, a paid file is missing or the service does not meet the contract. Applicable consumer law may entitle you to correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund. These rights can apply beyond a cooling-off period. Nothing in the trial, download or voluntary credit-return rules limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
